JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide technical support to users and client request.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably single Male or Female
  • 1-2 years Call Center experience
  • At least 1 year technical and support on Windows operating system such as 2k, XP and Vista
  • At least 1 year technical and support on MS Outlook 2003 and 2007
  • At least 1 year technical and support on MS Office Applications 2003 and 2007
  • Support knowledge in VPN connection is an advantage.
  • Support knowledge in Internet Explorer browser, VNC and Remote Desktop Connection.
  • Good communication skills and process oriented.
  • Independent, self-starter and with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under preasure.

Job Title: Technical Helpdesk

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide technical support to users and clients request.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year experience in the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Implementation role and able to transfer knowledge
  • Understanding of the Trade Flow and Trade Processing business and current Securities Industry initiatives
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate information/issues clearly and succinctly to technical/non-technical colleagues and clients
  • Must have extensive client facing experience with proven ability to manage client relationships.
  • Working knowledge of PC hardware and software
  • Knowledge of MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat, web based applications
  • Good analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Must be professional, dedicated, detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to expand skills and knowledge
